Because it's Wall Street's EURO GOLDEN CORRIDOR = Countries between Spain and Russia; money pouring into US stocks from those countries by the tanker full - and most of it goes straight to the OTC. They're getting their cash outta THERE and into HERE as fast as they can as a shelter from pretty much everything happening across the pond + plus they want their shot at the get rich quick American dream - and IBM ain't gonna double anytime soon - they're gamblers and risk takers by nature - maybe it's the whole Vodka for breakfast thing?

Forget about Bezos - Euro and Pacific Rim money will send us to the moon. SEC regs end at the shoreline - now we have a media division that can let LIGA say ANYTHING to the fastest growing investor audience on the planet. And yet somehow that's a bad thing to you? Or is a higher share price even worse for you?
