What??? That certainly doesn't make any sense - if a contractor was building my house - I would own the property.

Are you suggesting that the contractor is going to get permits to build on property I don't own - that would be complete lunacy for both me and the contractor.

The same way your building contractor could get a building permit to build in your property

MMEX doesn't own any property.
