Exxon Mobile could buy 1/2 of Texas. I don't think they need to partner with anyone. To me, the permits are going to be a complete NON-issue. Why would the state, county, city or whoever deny them if conditions are met? Growth to the economy in from what I hear a much needed area and U.S. produced and made products to boot. Add Trump in there and it's a no-brainer. The financing? Investors "beating down the door" I've heard? Not sure about that, but if this hanks according to some is worth "hundreds of millions", that doesn't seem logical as why for such a huge lucrative opportunity, not put $50-$100 million in himself and need the whole $450 million financed? That to me doesn't make much sense and I very much question that vast net worth amount. If it's built, they WILL come, believe me. One step at a time and numero uno is getting financed. You can have all the permits and companies that know how to do it as you want, but you need money to actually start. That simple.
