My conversation with Hartman 2 weeks ago disputes your suggestion and so do the SEC filings. Would love to think BIEI could raise 7mm in capital over the next few months but that's not realistic.
Not trying to be an ass here but you don't seem to understand how warrants work. BIEI will not receive additional capital for the conversion of warrant A & B, they already gave up the right to the shares for the initial 300k funding. I specifically asked Mr Hartman about this and his explanation was the same as my interpretation of the 8-K, it's a financing arrangement for approximately 600k, not 7mm.
