One thing for sure Mr. Crow and the bankrubtcy court has and been aware I believe the possibility of shareholder oppression. We can still sue after bankrubtcy if it's at the level of fraud. Interesting situation at least because as you said Gold they have hid money from us possibly .If that is the case it could be construed as fraud. So this adds a bit of protection for us. What they do is anyone's guess and I am sure the judge and Verdant has had to agree about the final resolution taking into the consideration of the entire history of this mess!
