The only thing that has changed here is the patience of investors. Clinical trials take time. The fact that the company is even in clinical trials is a feat unto itself. 0 debt and all filings done and on time. Its a simple decision if the trials work the stock takes off. If it doesn't your down side is 8 cents. The unknown is the time frame.
