You don't have to trust Kim at all.
And should not trust anyone but yourself 100%
You also should not distrust Kim 100%.

It all comes down to what you KNOW about the business.

With everything you know about making a company that produces spidersilk can you tell yourself that you would/could do it differently or better?

Kim is like your employee.
He makes mistakes like everyone but sometimes a mistake gets you fired.
In this case if you think Kim should be fired you sell and if he deserves a raise you buy.

If he just makes a common mistake you forgive it and you just hold.

But you don't hold on to a bad employee(investment). You ditch him before he makes you broke.

That is the problem with the board.
We have people who should have fired Kim long ago. But instead of firing him they just constantly complain about how bad a worker he is.

Ironically by doing so they dont really expose Kim as a bad employee. The actually expose themselves as being a bad boss (investor)
