This time last year, almost to the day, the new CEO Jeff Greene stated in a letter to the shareholders that they will not give excuses for any further delays with their filings. He even offered his promise.

" I am hopeful the 10k will be filed sooner but I'd rather under promise and over deliver than the other way around. I will not make excuses and or place blame on "past issues". FBEC Worldwide, Inc. is a fully reporting OTCQB company and we need to and will file on time from this moment forward, this I promise you."

Words are cheap. He should be held accountable for making such a bold statement. I say he should step down.
