Ill say this one last time! You actually don't know .189 because you don't know what the share structure is because there is no 10K! A 10K will provide current share structure, which none of us know what the current one is, along with revenue and liabilities. Investors invest because of the eps. There is no EPS without a 10K or 10q. That's what determines the value of a share. The reason this has no volume is because the company is hiding or doing the 10K. This is an OTC so there's absolutely the possibility of a scam and there is no way to determine the value at this point which is why you see no volume or interest and sells going through under the bid. The only thing they need to do right now is update the 10K, period.
