Didn't it say no less than 550mil shares? Do companies normally RS to the min #? Or ?

Or did it say it will issue 475mil after with an OS of 550mil so a total of 1.025mil?

I haven't gone back to read it yet. It is 3rd on my filings yet to read tonight...before bed... as a thunderstorm rolls in to scare my kids out of bed and deter me from reading any of the 3....
