Hello, Decided to post something here to see if anybody is out there. As far as this company goes I went to their manufacturing plant in SanJose just a couple of weeks ago. When I arrived at the plant I noticed a tractor trailer parked in the back unloading some of the processing equipment. This falls in-line with what management has been reporting that they are in the process of building out to support the roll to roll process. Still there is a ways to go until Q1 2018 when they are scheduled to be fully operational, but yes they are indeed busy working towards that goal. That being said good luck to all... Mt York Gold: Kairos Minerals targets major growth

Kairos Minerals Ltd managing director Dr Peter Turner talked with Proactive about the company's Mt York Gold Project in Western Australia’s Pilbara region. Turner outlined why the company is enthusiastic about the asset, highlighting the 1.4 million ounce gold resource, which he said is largely hosted in a single open pit with clean metallurgy. “There's enormous upside in terms of the resource,” he said, pointing to ongoing technical work and a key land access deal with Pilbara Minerals as drivers for growth. He noted that the mineralisation is continuous over three kilometres and spans three key prospects: Main Hill, Breccia Hill, and Gossan Hill. Drilling along this corridor has consistently intersected gold, with further upside potential extending 1.5 kilometres onto neighbouring ground recently secured from Pilbara Minerals. Kairos is well funded, with A$12.4 million in the bank and a further A$10 million expected from its deal with Pilbara Minerals. These funds will support an extensive 20,000–30,000 metre drill program, targeting both resource growth and conversion of inferred resources to indicated. Turner said a priority focus is the Main Hill extension, with plans to conduct detailed diamond drilling and incorporate any new results into a future resource update. He also said that the company is entering a pivotal period: “We feel that 2025 is probably our kairos moment.” The year ahead will include new drill results, feasibility progress, and a resource update. This includes substantial investments across key defense technologies and a dedicated €150 billion credit facility to enhance military capabilities. “There’s going to be a lot of spending to come,” Edmondson noted, emphasizing major growth areas such as artificial intelligence, cyber defense, drone technology, and advanced artillery systems. She pointed out that leading European defense firms—including Rheinmetall, BAE Systems, Thales, Dassault, and Leonardo SPA—stand to benefit significantly from this expansion. Lithium ION Energy secures joint venture with SureFQ to advance Urgakh Naran Lithium project

Caledonia Mining sees big profit jump in 2024; welcomes gold's move above $3,000

Caledonia Mining Corporation PLC (AIM:CMCL, NYSE-A:CMCL) chief executive Mark Learmonth talked with Proactive's Stephen Gunnion about the company’s strong 2024 financial performance and strategic priorities following the release of its latest results. Learmonth reported a “strong end to a reasonably good year,” with annual gold production reaching approximately 78,000 ounces—within guidance—supported by favourable pricing. He highlighted that “gross profit for the year was 77 million, compared to 41 million last year,” with adjusted earnings per share rising sharply from less than $0.10 in 2023 to nearly $1.30 in 2024. The results were delayed due to a technical accounting issue, with Learmonth explaining this stemmed from a deferred tax calculation error dating back to 2019. He stressed it had “no impact on our actual tax liabilities and tax payments.” On project development, the feasibility study for the Bilboes project has been extended to evaluate options that could significantly reduce capital costs. These include the potential to export concentrate and relocate the tailings facility, potentially lowering upfront investment needs. Exploration at both Blanket and Motapa returned positive results. Learmonth noted that the Blanket resource base has been extended, and early work at Motapa uncovered “exciting mineralisation” in new areas. With gold prices currently above $3,000 per ounce, the company is focused on maximising cash flow and investing further in Blanket and other revenue-generating opportunities.
