Something that is bothering me as well. I wonder if Fortress has Doug trapped with payments, and hopes to take over Marathon similar to Inventergy. In prior post, I wondered why Doug didn't use Fortress facility instead of further dilution . I didn't consider that marathon must pay fortress large payments this year or fall into default which would result in marathon handing over assets. Inventergy wants to monetize assets on its own. In hindsight, doing a deal with fortress was a mistake. I think Doug had no choice here.
