LOL, DUDE, I've been right here. Where you been?

1) I-HUB has another "glitch" such that the 8-K didn't appear in the newsbar and I don't check EDGAR everyday. I'll get I-HUB IT to fix that.

2) I believe the company still must formally PR it ( I read it when researching DELIST), if not mistaken. Which IMO, means by the 20th, they're gonna release a formal "PR" statement from management to make it 100% public knowledge, not buried on the SEC EDGAR database.

3) Good luck with their attempt to appeal. IMO, they got nothing. Not a chance in H.
