True! I did some researching of previous companies which acquired a valuation and from what I say they showed it in a filing. Of course I could be wrong but what hurts this pps is people stating this week or very soon the valuation is coming then it doesn't and the pps suffers because people sell. So giving them a realistic time frame will allow people to lock their shares so nobody is expecting anything so soon.

Of course I pray it comes sooner than that!
