As we all know, there has been NO dilution whatsoever since I alerted this mid week last week. We finally got the new updated numbers on otcmarkets.com TODAY and the float went up ONLY 24M shares sometime between Feb 3 and April 13 and from my best guess looking at the pps depreciation vs volume probably between March 8 & April 3.(*See highlighted area in historicals below.) There were posters here saying the float numbers are all wrong and outdated and in the that there were several 100's of millions in the float and also OS and AS numbers where much much larger claiming BILLIONS...LOL. Obvously they were wrong...and we knew there was probably more than 57M in the float based on the volume days....but its only 24M more NOT 100's of millions more...So the new float ask of April 19 is 81M shares.
These additional 24M shares may have been used to acquire the assets of the PRIVATE company PR'd acquired..see PR on APRIL 12. The new float of 81M is EXTREMELY LOW and makes sense how this has been trading the last week or so....Basisly goes up on air....see the chart from .002 range to .024.
