Late response but very interesting question. "Does anyone know who Adebayo Ladipo is? He was hired as a consultant and got 7.5mil shares as per last 10q."

For Mrs. Kudirat Oladipo, Rector of Nigeria’s premier tertiary institution, Yaba College of Technology, these are not the best of times.

The experienced female academic is currently enmeshed in high level financial mismanagement which if care is not taken may land her in jail.

Prominent among the major offences of the Rector is her penchant for collecting money for trip within and outside the country without making such trips while money collected was not returned to the purse of the institution.

At another time, the woman even used the name of her husband to defraud the institution claiming she went on a vacation with her husband for which she collected N3.9 million but presenting a receipt which did not bear the name of her husband but that of fictitious person.

In May 2011, she was given N3.9 million to cover the cost of her vacation in New York, USA with her husband. To retire the amount, she presented a bill from Emmanuella Travelling Agency.

But instead of the name of her husband, Adebayo Ladipo, as her vacationer, the bill bore a fictitious name, Ladi Ladipo, as that of her husband. She did not travel for the vacation and the money was never returned."
