Part of the expectations were formed back in 2013 when Dan O'Connor made off the record comments that ADXS could be a $50 stock in a "couple years". In hindsight, one could argue his talk and expectations were unrealistic because he needed to try to rationalize the huge increase/change in management compensation he pushed through.
