491 Million OS on Dec. 31st 2016 and 720 Million as of yesterday.

That's 229 Million shares converted and added to the OS since the start of the year!

229 Million Shares at a conversion rate of .0005pps = $114,500.00 total paid to all parties owed. <---this may have been higher average like .0006 or .0007, so total paid off could be as high as $160K.

Who knows how much went where but it didn't all go to the same person I am sure based on the filings.

COHO - Based on this they could still owe Tangiers quite a lot of cash. Hopefully they work out some sort of deal to at least delay the conversion until they get the PPS up well into PENNIES where it can be converted with minimal impact on the SS!


FLOAT IS APPROX. 435 MILLION SO STILL VERY LOW! Last I checked 285 Million were restricted!
