I sure am sick of losing money with NEWC. In too deep to get out. Ill let it ride. I figured by this time with all the hype on the coal deal we would be on the up and up, looks like the 10K will never be "finished" if they ever even started on it in the first place. I have learned my lesson with OTC stocks, though it has been an expensive lesson.
