I certainly didnt see that coming but it was a simple mistake and as you said Atlanta, doesnt change operations or cash on hand.

Based on the information though, it looks very likely we will see a notice of default from Hercules. I just want people to know likely coming. Section 5.6 of the loan requires timely filing so they are technically in default.

It should be easy to remedy at this juncture. Either they pay Hercules off or they tell Hercules when they intend on filing. I assume Hercules would be reasonable about this.
