Multiple people have offered to by those shares.. but in order to bash the stock you have to dump them on the bid. HINTS the reason they are not up on the ask, bc if bought on the ask it will improve the sentiment on the board and entice more buying.. causing the stock price to rise. PGUS GOING UP WITH OR WITH OUT SOME ;)
