There were no SEC filings for KNSC in 2015. There are no SEC filings for KNSC in 2017. What is posted here as a purported 8-K (New ownership filing) is an older document that even to the untrained eye appears to be doctored to make it appear as a new filing. Add to that KNSC is not a registered corporation in Florida as posted here and all you have is a continuation of the pump and dump scam this has always been.
