It always does this just before a news post if you look at the History of the chart. This company could be worth .50 if they would get up on there PR. There always way slow on news.
Goes down a bit and POW. Looking for at least 15 to 17 when they post, then contracts to raise it well over .50 a share. It will jump over night when the contracts start rolling in!!!!!!!!!!!
