I assure you we are not diluting nor are we issuing shares at the present moment. We are simply working to rebuild this company and restore the strength of the operations. There are some convertible note holders in this deal that do elect to convert from time to time and we are working to create a better alternative for payoffs rather than conversions in the marketplace.

We are striving to continue to create niche market profit opportunities whereby this company will succeed in generate lasting income and profits and strengthen shareholder value.
