Agree with you.

Ain't leaving U and Canadian oil sands for quite a while.

Yes, still very long on CCJ Leaps. Going to roll over the 08 Leaps into 09 as the 1 yr capital gains set in this fall. I believe CCJ has completed its annual 6 mo summer flat time, with the other energy stocks, and is due for a 40% rise by Jan. (If CCJ is in the mid 40's by the end of Sept, the Leaps will have done about 240% in a year when I convert them to 09's.)

Ones I'm in:

PDN: I think PDN may be fully priced but can't ignore the open road to production and what's coming on. Also probably less downside than many others. (AXU and SXR are probably in the same camp but I think PDN has more potential and only wanted to pick one in this group.)

FRG: I have considered FRG more of a gold play than U, but that seems to be changing lately. They have an excellent exploration team and U will rule them eventually. I intend to stay in them awhile.

UEX: Still holding UEX (the stubborn side of me insists it is going to do well sometime this century). Think CCJ is eventually going to bring it to production, but it could be so long out that I don't even recommend it to my kids.

MGA & IUC: Been in them but just riding the wave. MGA has too many political and mgm risks to be long term. Ron Hochstein, at IUC, is probably the weakest mgm in U. So I will be quicker to trade them.

Looking at:

CXX: Disappointed with missing CXX but still not quite confident of the potential and don't know where it will go from here.

TUE: You guys do far more trading and smaller companies than I do, but I'm looking at adding this one next week.

CHX: They have been hitting some good U mineralization. They can't report solid results until tests come back but indications are that gamma detection looks very positive. Adding this also.

EMC: Still don't know what to make of them.

(DEN and STM: Death spiral and Scam artist. Wouldn't touch 'em with a 10' pole.)

Best,
Terry
