I would caution loading up right now, but buying the dips. Their asset value is going up, just saw it rise from 1.1B to 1.15B from last week.
With a fixed shares amount, NAV should go up, the pps should reflect that.
But if we were thinking this should be 18, it really is trading correctly at 6 because of the massive dilution.
