Reelers fail them.

THey decide to open new facility to reel. Indiana

Reeling does not keep up

Opens up Texas location, all while falling behind on Gov contract.

Plants trees in Texas , no news about being behind as they scramble to fix problem, order new reeler.

Still behind , smoke clears , no news forever, so news of mistakes PRed ( which is unlike Kim to post the badnews)

So here we are way behind with new approach in place,while waiting on Vietnam and trying to increase cocoon count to produce more product to meet deadline that is probably long gone for this year.
