well that explains where most of those 900 units went..back for repairs. so this quarter if most of the units are on the road we should see around 3600 devices getting into vehicles. Dont agree with Wainer that they need a service center every 5-10 miles across a state. Nobody in the industry has that. And to think someone is going to loan them $50 million is a pipe dream. baby steps...get 5000 units on the road...get CA territory secured for the new law for first offenders in 2019 ..they have 11 states in which they are certified but only active in 5 or so. Morningstar rating not a big deal..need to move up a notch to highest level of OTC...and get this thing over .50 !!
