If you read the fine print, the news confirms that the contract with the government has a POTENTIAL to be $20 billion for Bravatek. That doesn't mean they actually secured a $20 billion contract, it just means they have a chance to have their money pointed to that range. The question people should be asking is, how MUCH are they getting GUARANTEED right now?
It's positive news this PR, but nothing like what was being hyped up. This is in a sense disappointing for many investors who believed it would truly be a press release saying "we signed a $20 billion contract with the government", not a "we signed a contract that could be up to $20 billion".
Pray there's more positive news, but this is a bit underwhelming if you ask me coming from a BVTK investor.
