Okay, let's go through the list: yes, travel expenses are very high when the top level administrators ask for luxurious hotels and fancy meals and spas. They are not required to list all of these in the 10-K. Do not underestimate the greed of these people. Conferences? yes we saw what happened with the conferences. Every one of them was a bust that resulted in lower share prices. Miami. San Diego? Need I go on? Office supplies are nothing. Check out staples and tell me how cheap office supplies are. I don't need to address permits. There has been thorough discussion on permits and patents.

I mean, seriously? 2M in admin expenses and 143K in actual sciences? when a company spends less than $150,000 throughout the year on advancing their company and incurs a net loss of $2,287,329, then claims that dilution is necessary to make it all up, what does that tell you?

Is there some part of the definition of "Pump and Dump" that is missing from the 10-K?
