Well it seems the MMs got what they wanted, today's filing is a non event, it is information only. To become a successfull company XKEM needs a CFO, and other Execs, not to mention Scientists and other employees. Having the ability to offer option packeges that have a vesting timeframe means none of the shares come to market for at least 1yr after being given. A typical vesting schedule is 4 yrs. I hope longs where not sucked into this. In fact I say we close green.imo
