GE & Edison are constructing hybrid peaking plants. They are using GE LM6000 Turbine Engines. They will be more flexible, use less water, be cheaper to run and take more power plant jobs away from the work force. Did I also say that they would be using batteries?
An article also talked about Elon Musk and Tesla wanting to build electric, big rig,18 wheelers. Mercedes already has been testing them.
