Danl: This may not be your main point, but I will be startled and shocked when the FI faithful start discussing that the entity could(?) be sold for the use of old tax losses, as opposed to Megabucks for merger, patents, or some other vapor of reality.

Outside of reality, that circle will always conjure up another mirage of a Samsung merger, Apple purchase, mega-infringement IP win, that will make them all rich.

Them claiming that the Edig worthless entity can be sold for what little it could get would be a total admission of defeat by Freddie's Falkin' Buddies.
