Key is "expect"...
as someone pointed out, sometimes things dont go as smooth as you would like, but i bet IMO they will do all they can to meet that, which is BY Sept 20 by definition of "Mid Sept". But which should come first from a price appreication standpoint: the 2006 audited fins OR 1Q07?
