Congratulations on releasing an audited financial report for 2016. Great job on all fronts.

The progress and news from Pharmco has been positive and consistent. For the most part RXMD is a success story with a great future ahead.

My message today has to do with your shareholders. There is a significant sore spot in the midst of positive, company news. And that
of course has to do with the weak share price. If feel it is time to give the stock share price some attention. Good news only goes so far when you are an investor.

You can get creative or flexible in the way you address this matter but a little effort would go a long ways.

Options …

Small amount of cash set aside for buyback of shares
Insider purchasing of shares
Commitment to pay a part of debt with cash instead of shares
Etc
