I have seen invitations for shows like this via email. They are typically short and fairly inexpensive, in the 5-10K range. I can not say with certainty that this is similar but it appears to be. The website for Worldwide Business with Kathy Ireland advertises their show as:

"In today’s media-driven world, businesses have two choices:

Be proactive or reactive...there is no in-between."

Not sure how else they would make money without being paid.
