Keeping investors interested and new/repeat customers flowing in.

Forget hiring all these sales people. Use facebook, it's free and reaches a ton more people. If anything it'll make selling to distributors a lot easier. I congratulate their growth, but it's disappointing to see them not using such a major and easy marketing tool. Unless I'm somehow not finding the correct page.
