That's the typical way many pinks do! But reading the KALO 8K filing carefully, there appears to be possibly something more on the horizon for KALO. Why else would FEPI and KALO agree that KALO will be current with the SEC no later than Oct 10 and they are only increasing the authorized to 550 mi + KALO will be 100% debt free thanks to FEPI? How many pinks can say that? Would luv to see FEPI jump into the shell via a merger! Feeling good about the prospects here!
