The land of the pink sheets is not about developing a product and cashing out. I was looking for product expansion .How many other devices could be developed doing how many other things.
While our debt terms stunk and should have been modified after TSA purchases took place I think everything might have worked out if Black Elk hadn't led to the ruination of PP/DMRJ. Once the Black Elk bomb dropped PP/DMRJ faced redemptions and required more cash than IMSC was able to throw off. We might still be a going concern if Black Elk hadn't pulled a Deepwater Horizen.
Some things go wrong due to lack of due diligence and some are just bad luck. Anyone who put up their house as collateral to buy more IMSC does not belong in the market. Anyone who took a 5% hit to their portfolio was pretty much the same as every other investor, only the name of the stock is different.
