A bad (horrible) investment -- no doubt! KK's management history checkered -- no doubt! Does KK have the power to prevent the common shareholders from financially participating in the upcoming windfall that is likely -- no doubt! Does one need to factor in all of this to evaluate future prospects -- no doubt! Should one ignore the positive components of this risk-reward equation -- No way!
