Being incorporated in Nevada is actually the worst red flag for any penny stock. There is zero chance of any penny stock being legit that is incorporated there. Penny stock scammers use it because it is so scam friendly. You can actually just immediately tag any penny stock incorporated there as a scam without even reading a single thing else about it.
