Investors should ALWAYS listen to the CEO since he has more information than people on message boards "estimating' time lines
I am not sure why you take offense to the FACT the CEO has told shareholders, in no uncertain terms, not to expect a ruling THIS YEAR
Clearly, information provided by a company should ALWAYS take precedence over estimates of people without that same level of insight and information into the legal proceedings of the company.
If you believe any investor should trust the estimate of someone on a message board relative to the company itself, well good for you, most intelligent investors rely on company information
