I don't see anything on the surface that would lead me to believe this deal is done, SEC filings, SOS updates, website activity, ask slapping, etc but .....there is no reason to believe anything has gone wrong either.

Granted it's a little concerning that they haven't been able to get it done in a timely fashion, you always wonder if there are some unforeseen issues that's holding it up, however, don't see any reason to sell yet as long as we have solid bid support.
