i have written the company several times and offered my comments to try and keep them out of this forum because I agree with a lot of what is said. There are some outlandish thoughts proffered here that seem positive but are highly unrealizable. A good executive or leader learns from honest comments as you are providing.
The buck stops with Mr. Ballas. If he wants to change our perception on share structure, dilution, name/symbol change, audited financials, fully reporting, CFO addition, etc., he can do it!
They provide a great product for a competitive price, distributed via an efficient channel that yields real PROFITS.
If I complain about "our" paying off loans to him from 4-5 years earlier at an uncomfortable conversion rate, he can let it ride without comment, remedy it, or provide us with salient thoughts so we can deal with it better. He has the Bully Pulpit; he "shapes" our thoughts!
