This is a paid awareness campaign....the leeches see a diving security and then churn the hell out of the price higher with a paid MM running the bid higher...once they get enough shares, they stack the bid and ask appropriately, running the price up and exiting all the way up at higher prices...when it is all said and done, they run away with a 25-30K profit for churning the hell out of the security....Meanwhile in the offices of PTN, the CEO sits there is does nothing to abate this criminal activity by releasing a statement about how management does not know anything about the unusual volume in the security.....

I blame any and all CEOs of companies that allow these churns to transpire in their companies securities. All it would take is one PR to highlight the criminal activity and shut it down. All it does in the end is make the company look bad and ensure no capital inflows from potential serious investors, or in PTNs case, just highlights/reinforces the ineptness of the current management team.
