Guess what happens when this does not happen people. Current HHSE shareholders will be left holding the same shares of this debt ridden near bankrupt co they are leaving behind.

I knew Eric was bad, did not know he was this bad.

Upon regulatory approval, existing Hannover House shareholders will receive a significant premium-to-market redemption, and overall, the Hannover House shareholders will retain a majority control in the combined entities.
