yes, I agree there will be negative volume since everyone will be selling off their shares. the 10K fine print revealed a lot of problems that are going to sink investors, with respect to the PPS. Dilution is a big deal and yes the dilution is going to increase over the next few months. Steady dilution just means that the PPS will decline steadily, but on top of that, the rate of dilution is not even listed. Inside jobs can choose how often they want to sell shares and how they want to. They don't even have to report this until after it is done. Even if they don't report, there is no proof that it happened.

Dilution is a big deal. Do not let the false notion that it is a no factor lure you into buying a stock that is going to tank. Be in control of your own money.
