Late filings in otc are more common than not. It has no bearing on if the company is good or bad. Its not a bad thing or a negative mark on the ceo, sometimes it has more to due with the auditors schedule as was previously posted. The NT10Q WAS filed in a timely manner unlike what some people are saying. It was filed the day it was due. The amended filings should be filed before the 10Q which is likely the reason for the delay. Nothing has changed fundamentally. Still low float, still low authorized shares, still decent revenue, still up-listed to qb, still launched online sales thru amazon and the website, still guidance from ceo claims only positive things for dedicated shareholders, still best play in pennyland imo. Use judgement and wait till 10q is filed. If there is fear today, ise it!
