Yes and yes .
Never , for a second , he was officer or director for the public company nor was he ever in a position to make any decision.
This was one of the things our fund analyst verified before we invested ! He wanted to make sure only Mr. Bignitz who has startup / biopharmaceutical vested experience , is making decisions!
