Like moxa1 one said, "boilerplate language", which very well could be just legal jargon to protect themselves.

I'm too tired to read it now, but I'd be curious to know if the same or similar words were repeated in last year's 10K.

As is the case with every starting company, finances can be tough to manage initially. However, I still feel that they have tremendous potential & are worth a risk. IMO GLTA
